Return/Refund Policy

Custom orders are uniquely made to your specifications and are non-refundable. We’ll closely collaborate with you during the design process to ensure your satisfaction before production.

We put great care into creating custom pieces made just for you! Because of the personalized nature of these orders, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We appreciate your support and understanding.

Terms & Conditions for Custom T-Shirt Orders

1. Order & Design Approval

• All custom orders must be approved by the customer before production begins.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all design details, including colors, spelling, and placement.

• Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.

2. Payment & Pricing

• Full payment is required before production starts.

• Prices may vary based on design complexity, order size, and garment selection.

• Rush orders may incur additional fees.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

• Standard production time varies and will be communicated at the time of order.

• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier issues) will be communicated as soon as possible.

• Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees.

• 48-Hour Rush – Available for select designs and quantities; additional fees apply.

• 3-5 Business Days Rush – Expedited production with an added fee based on order size.

• Rush order availability depends on order volume, material stock, and production capacity at the time of request.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

• We only accept returns or replacements for defective or incorrect items caused by production errors.

• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photo evidence provided.

5. Care & Maintenance

• Customers are responsible for following provided care instructions to ensure the longevity of the design and garment.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

6. Copyright & Design Ownership

• Customers confirm they have the rights to use any designs, logos, or artwork submitted for printing.

• We reserve the right to refuse any designs that contain offensive, hateful, or copyrighted material.

• We may use images of completed orders for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• We are not liable for slight variations in color, size, or placement due to production limitations.

• Our responsibility is limited to replacing defective items or issuing a refund when applicable.

• By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
